ABOUT

This NPO Healthy Children, Healthy Lives was established with the theme of disease prevention and health promotion from childhood, to research and share scientific information on health based on preceding studies, through total health promotion, i.e. food and nutrition, exercise, sleep management, stress management and social capital. Through these activities we aim to contribute to supporting children and adults, to build a harmonized society.

A medical doctor will give a mini-lecture on healthy food and cooking based on preceding scientific studies, then participants can try a dish or two after which the group can enjoy the dishes.

   Target   children, adult
  target group is set per each theme​.Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday
Lunch, afternoon healthy snack
Glycation level of each participant is measured.
   Max   12 persons
   ​Fee   Depending on the theme, 3000 yen ~ 8000 yen

Music Therapy

Music therapy conducted by trained music therapists.

   Target   Children with special needs, grownups with special needs
Thursday, Friday
30 minutes per session

   Term   Frequency, number of sessions negotiable.
3 slots in the morning, 5 in the afternoon

   Fee   6000 yen per session

(currently applying for welfare book = ryoiku techo to be utilized)

Physical/Occupational therapy

Physical/occupational therapy provided by trained therapists

   Target   Children with developmental disorder,  autism, Down Syndrome, dyslexia, ADHD.
50 minutes per session
​Saturday, Sunday

   ​Fee   5000 yen per session

(currently applying for welfare book = ryoiku techo to be utilized)

   Fee      5000yen per session

Lecture

We hold lectures/seminars regarding food and nutrition, exercise, music therapy, sleep management, stress management, and social capital.

Lecture requests are also welcome. Please feel free to contact us.
