Healthy Children, Healthy Lives
This NPO Healthy Children, Healthy Lives was established with the theme of disease prevention and health promotion from childhood, to research and share scientific information on health based on preceding studies, through total health promotion, i.e. food and nutrition, exercise, sleep management, stress management and social capital. Through these activities we aim to contribute to supporting children and adults, to build a harmonized society.
A medical doctor will give a mini-lecture on healthy food and cooking based on preceding scientific studies, then participants can try a dish or two after which the group can enjoy the dishes.
We hold lectures/seminars regarding food and nutrition, exercise, music therapy, sleep management, stress management, and social capital. Lecture requests are also welcome. Please feel free to contact us.
